2022 Junior/Cadet World Championships in Dubai

Congratulations to our Head Coach Mykhailo and his student Maria Shtrevensky with the successful performance at the  2022 Junior/Cadet World Championships in Dubai! Maria finished in the top 50 and demonstrated the best result among the Canadian Cadet Sabre Fencers.

We are proud to announce that two fencers from our club, Stephane Beaulac and Tony Al Salim,  receive special awards 'BEST FENCER in Quebec in 2022'!

Escrime Elite athlete Andrei Rastegaev won bronze at the international competition in the International Fencing Camp in US. 

His brother Evghenii Rastegaev finished seventh.

Congratulations to Andrei and Evghenii, and their coach Mykhailo.

Maria Shtrevensky finished 5th in Junior Sabre at the Commonwealth Fencing Championships in London, England.

Congratulations to EEM athletes Maria Shtrevensky and Ryan Cho on their results at Terre des Hommes 2022.

Maria Shtrevensky won two silver medals: in the Junior and Senior women competitions.

Ryan Cho won bronze in the Senior men Div. II competition.

Maria Shtrevensky finished 55th in a strong field of 163 cadet women in the first NAC in Minneapolis, USA  falling to the bronze medalist of this competition Sophie LIU (USA) .

Congratulations to EEM fencers who competed well at the Canada Cup in Vancouver on October 20-22, 2022.

Maria Shtrevensky won Silver in the category Junior, Bronze in the category Cadet and finished six in Seniors.

Andrei Rastegaev finished 11th in Senior. His brother Evghenii Rastegaev rated 16th in Junior and 17th in Seniors.
